LYRIC VIDEO OF 'DO RAINDROPS ASPIRE TO BE OCEANS' NOW ONLINE

Welcome to the official lyric video for the Entering Polaris song: Do Raindrops Aspire To Be Oceans?'

This is the third promotional video single for th double-release Atlantean Shores/And Silently The Age Did Pass, and features Roy Khan (Conception, Kamelot) and Audrey Dandeville (Irradiance) on vocals.

Tom Tee: “This song is all about ambition, and the drive to aspire to greater things; to reach beyond what one might originally seem capable of. There is inspiration, and hope, in the idea that no matter how futile, fragile, or ultimately doomed to fail our endeavours prove to be, the need to achieve or become more than what we are appears to reside in most of us, and seems to be an indelible part of the human spirit. Whether we fail or succeed in our hopes, dreams and aspirations, we should never cease trying to achieve them. The lyrics also play around with some fun imagery: might leaves aspire to be forests, moons to be suns, stones to be mountains, or raindrops to be oceans -- or, equally from tiny to great; might Man aspire to divinity? Although ambitions may just as well be small in scale -- the search for happiness in life; for a place in the world...or even the simple triumph of finding contentment in a new day. In the end, it might be all we may aspire to.”
