Tom Tee: “A recurring theme in this song, and on the album, is that of the preciousness and fragility of life, love and beauty, and how important it is to cherish and hold on to these things, considering their often ephemeral and fleeting nature. Hence the album's title, 'Atlantean Shores' – as all of us in life are ever standing on the shores of beautiful things, that are always in danger of being swept away by tides and time. For this opening track, I wanted a fast-paced, high-energy song, yet with tons of melody, a catchy chorus, and a hint already of the acoustic and progressive elements that pervade the rest of the album(s). And of course, check out Mike Andersson’s vocals! He truly brings this tune to life and gives it the power and emotion it needs...” 🙂
